Adding a touch of French elegance to our Mediterranean-inspired terrace is St-Germain, an elderflower liqueur crafted from hand-picked blossoms gathered just once a year in late spring. Delicate, floral, and beautifully balanced, it lends a subtle sophistication to every cocktail. St-Germain brings a refreshing twist to our cocktail menu, enhancing the bold flavours of Spain with a light, distinctly French flourish. It’s the perfect complement to relaxed afternoons and long winter evenings alike.
