Our Summer 2024 rooftop terrace, inspired by Mexico and the Paloma cocktail, features agave and rosemary planters, wicker-style furniture, and colourful cushions, creating an enchanting atmosphere. Perched high above the bustling streets of London, our rooftop bar offers unparalleled views of the iconic skyline, making it the ultimate destination for al fresco dining and drinking.
Guests can enjoy exclusive PATRÓN Tequila cocktails such as the Toreador, Matador, frozen PATRÓN Paloma, and El Cielo. Every moment on our rooftop bar promises to be unforgettable. To complement our cocktails, we offer small plates inspired by Spanish and Mexican cuisines. Savour classic tapas like Padron peppers, Castelvetrano olives, and cured Iberico meat, along with our signature croquette platter. Relish our modern tapas dishes, including home-salted cod brandade, Gamba Alistada red prawns, and Málaga “Mollete” bread. Indulge in desserts like glazed churros with orange and a classic petit four featuring lamington and avocado, caramel bonbon, and Tarta de Santiago.
