Nestled high above Regent Street, Aqua Nueva offers the perfect setting for your corporate events. From special anniversary and premiere parties, to product launches and corporate networking events – Aqua Nueva can be transformed to suit any occasion. The space can be hired exclusively for up to 170 seated and 400 standing.

Start your event with a drinks reception in our stunning central bar before moving to the restaurant to enjoy a seated dining experience featuring our contemporary Spanish dishes. Alternatively, enjoy canapés and bowls for a more informal reception with entertainment and dancing.

Our expert events team can work with you to incorporate your branding on menus and various aspects of the space.

When combined with Aqua Kyoto, the venue can accommodate 800 people standing. Semi-exclusive hire is also available in with the bar and terrace.

SEMI EXCLUSIVE HIRE

Aqua Nueva also offers the flexibility of semi-exclusive hire. Our bar and rooftop terrace can be hired for standing events, in addition to the main restaurant which can be hired for seated and standing events.

When hosting either your seated or reception-style event with us, you will be invited in for a full tasting with your dedicated event manager to design your bespoke menu.

Our carefully crafted menus in Aqua Nueva are based on a sharing concept of dishes, that will be continually brought to the table over the course of your meal.

For reception events, to offer flexibility, all canapés and bowls have been individually priced so that you can tailor your reception menu to suit your guests.

We have a preferred supplier list ranging from DJ’s, photographers & videographers, projection & AV, florists, bespoke branding and entertainment companies.

Our expert exclusive events team can recommend the perfect suppliers and ensure that every detail is taken care of so you and your guests have an unforgettable experience with us.
