Spanish Sharing Plates & Tapas
Brunch starts with a sharing board for the table, followed by tapas including cider chorizo, patatas bravas with white alioli and Padrón peppers. Choose one main from slow-cooked lamb shoulder, pan-fried salmon with salmorreta, or artichoke flower with black garlic salt. Glazed churros with orange marmalade finish the meal.
Bottomless Brunch
Brunch at Aqua Nueva is £40 per person for the food menu, or £90 per person with bottomless drinks for 90 minutes. The bottomless package includes unlimited Margaritas, Espresso Martinis, Passion Fruit Martinis, Sangria and Agua de Sevilla, alongside red, rosé and white wine, Cava and beer. Full table participation required.
Brunch runs from 12pm every Saturday, with the last seating at 3:45pm.

Find us on the fifth floor of 30 Argyll Street, a one-minute walk from Oxford Circus tube (Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines). The London Palladium is next door, with Regent Street, Oxford Street and Carnaby Street all on the doorstep, and Piccadilly Circus a five-minute walk south.
