Aqua Nueva is proud to announce its partnership with PATRÓN Tequila, the world’s leading super-premium tequila brand, for  a summer terrace takeover complete with a limited edition menu and installation.

As part of this collaboration, Aqua Nueva has unveiled its spectacular Summer 2024 terrace drawing inspiration from Mexico and the Paloma cocktail itself, with agave and rosemary planters on every table top, wicker style furniture and colourful cushions throughout.

Perched high above the bustling streets of London, this rooftop oasis with promises to be an enchanting retreat for discerning sun-seekers. Offering unparalleled vistas of the iconic skyline, this terrace is poised to become the epitome of al fresco dining and drinking, with limited edition cocktails from PATRÓN Tequila including Toreador with PATRÓN Reposado, Apricot Brandy and lime; Matador with PATRÓN Añejo, pineapple, lime and Angostaura bitters as well as a frozen cocktail the PATRÓN Paloma involving PATRÓN Silver, and Two Keys grapefruit mix as well as the El Cielo featuring PATRÓN EL CIELO, Savoia Rosso, lime and kumquat. From leisurely lunches to spirited soirées under the sun, every moment spent on this terrace is destined to be an unforgettable experience. 

To complement this breathtaking setting and limited edition cocktails, guests will be able to savour a selection of small plates featuring an array of dishes inspired by Spanish and Mexican cuisines:  classic tapas such as Padron peppers, Castalvetrano olives and Cured Iberico meat selections along a signature croquette platter including mushroom, manchego, black seafood and Iberico ham croquettes. Amongst the terrace, delight in Nueva’s modern tapas dishes such as home-salted cod brandade with crispy cod skin and burnt Seville orange, Gamba Alistada red prawns with star anise and sofrito cream and Màlaga “Mollete” bread with pulled pork, Andalusian paprika Colora butter and pickled cucumber. To complete the perfect meal upon the terrace, indulge in desserts such as Glazed churros with orange as well as a classic Petit four featuring Lamington and avocado, Caramel bonbon and Tarta de Santiago.

Aqua Nueva and PATRÓN Tequila will also introduce Two Keys and PATRÓN Paloma slushies, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. The partnership between Aqua Nueva and PATRÓN Tequila will be running for three months: whether sipping on a refreshing slushy or going all out with a PATRÓN flight,  guests are guaranteed a taste of pure indulgence and get away to the sunny shores of Spain or Mexico, without ever leaving London.
